There’s a good variety of customizable burgers at Palm Beach County’s most popular sports grill chain. (Including the enormous Hangover Burger, half-pounder topped with pepper-crusted bacon, double American cheese and a sunny-side-up egg.) But we’re perfectly happy with Duffy’s Certified Angus Beef Cheeseburger, topped with melted cheddar and maybe some sautéed mushrooms. It’s no wonder Duffy’s corporate chef, Eric Parker, has gained national acclaim for his burgers.
