Culinary Talent

In order for Duffy’s Sports Grill to provide the award winning food that we have become known for, we rely on some of the best culinary talent in the industry.  The Duffy’s Sports Grill culinary team is led by Corporate Chef, Eric Parker.  In addition to holding the American Culinary Foundation’s Certified Executive Chef Accreditation, Chef Parker has been classically trained at the Florida Culinary Institute.  He has been with the Duffy’s team for nearly 20 years and has personally created every item currently on the Duffy’s menu.

In addition to Chef Parker, each Duffy’s location has an Executive Chef leading a team that participates in hands-on training every month at a local culinary training facility to constantly improve their skills.  This attention to detail and constant training has resulted in numerous recognition and awards naming Duffy’s Sports Grill as “Best Burger”, “Best Wings”, and “Best Value” in many publications throughout South Florida.  Chef Parker recently won a national contest sponsored by Heinz that led to Duffy’s first appearance at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival exhibiting our award winning burger alongside national Food Network celebrity Chefs.

Although Duffy’s is known for great burgers and wings, we also provide freshly grilled entrees, an array of signature salads and signature appetizers.  Duffy’s Sports Grill strives to elevate casual dining to a higher level using a variety of freshly prepared ingredients and making items from scratch.  Some examples of this include: Duffy’s Guacamole made from ripe avocados, diced tomatoes, jalapeño peppers and spices as it is ordered.  Duffy’s Mozzarella Sticks are each cut from a block a mozzarella cheese in our kitchen and battered to order.  Duffy’s signature Tex-Mex Chicken Eggrolls are a blend of seasoned chicken, roasted corn, cheddar & jack cheese and are made fresh daily.
