What is the MVP “Gold” Tier?

MVP “Gold” is a premium tier of our MVP program for guests who spend $500 during a 12 month period MVP “Gold” members earn all the regular benefits of the MVP program plus a 30% Afternoon Break discount Monday – Friday between 2pm – 4pm, 1.1 points per $1 spent, a Free Meal birthday bonus and an annual December Holiday Bonus.


How can I tell how close I am to requalifying for MVP “Gold”?

When logged in to your account, you can view your qualification date and your “Spend Since Qualification” to see how close you are to requalifying for MVP “Gold” status. You can also view this on the kiosk at any Duffy’s location.

Will I always be an MVP “Gold” member?

You will remain an MVP “Gold” member for one year after you qualify. In the event that you do not spend more than $500 during your 12 months as an MVP “Gold”, you will be downgraded to the MVP tier with all points and rewards earned. *Please note that to re-qualify the spending minimum must be met before the 1st of your anniversary month.


Will I get a new card?

No, your current MVP card will begin earning your additional MVP “Gold” benefits immediately upon qualification.


How do I qualify for MVP “Gold”?

Registered MVP members who spend more than $500 during any 12 month period automatically qualify for MVP “Gold” status. Registered qualifying members who provide a valid email address will be automatically upgraded monthly.


On Tuesdays do I receive double points on my “MVP Gold” bonus points?

No. We issue double points on purchases only. Double points do not apply to the 10% bonus. For example, if your check subtotal is $19.99, you would receive a total of 22 points as a “MVP Gold” member and an extra 20 points for Double Point Tuesday. this would equal a total of 42 points for that transaction.

What is the MVP Program?

Duffy’s Loyalty program is designed to reward our guests. Members earn points for their purchases (1 point for every $1 spent before tax and tip) and when 100 points are reached, a $10 food or beverage credit will automatically be added to your account. MVP members are also eligible for our many offers and discounts, including our 20% – 50% Off Afternoon Break from 2-4pm on weekdays and MVP Monday Nights, when any entree on the menu costs only $12.95. Please note you cannot redeem your Reward Dollars in conjunction with any other coupon, discount or MVP Reward (including 20%-50% Afternoon Break & MVP Monday Night).


How do I join?

To join the MVP program, simply see one of our team players the next time you are visiting your favorite Duffy’s. They will provide you with a MVP card and the enrollment form. You can also call us at the MVP Help Desk, 561-585-6685 ext 2, and we will get a new card in the mail immediately. We need your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth (so we know when to give you your birthday bonus).


I was told that I now need to register my card. How do I do this?

Members with registered cards are eligible for added benefits such as a complimentary gift on their birthday, exclusive free offers and more loaded right onto their card. To register, click here.


What if I don’t have an email address?

Most people have some type of email access – either at work, the library, or you can even use a relative’s or neighbor’s email address. The email address is required to join. With it, we are able to communicate directly and quickly with our guests. We want to be able to keep you updated on new promotions and opportunities for even more rewards!


When will the points appear on my account?

Points are issued when the check is closed. You will be given a receipt with your updated points and rewards at the end of each visit.


When can I spend my rewards?

When your account exceeds 100 points, the system will automatically convert them to $10 in rewards. The rewards will be available for use on your next visit. You may also choose to save your rewards over time or use them as you earn them. Please note: you cannot redeem your Reward Dollars in conjunction with any other coupon, discount or MVP Reward.


Can I combine Rewards with coupons?

Because the Duffy’s Loyalty Program “Rewards Dollars” hold no real cash value, we cannot allow the use of these “Rewards” in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons, or MVP Reward.  However if you would like to use your “Reward Dollars” during discounted times such as the Afternoon Break or Monday Night $12.95, you may do so at full menu price.


How do I earn my MVP Birthday Bonus?

Registered MVP members will get a Complimentary Birthday Gift automatically added to your card on the Monday prior to your birthday so you can celebrate with us! Birthday gifts are based on your MVP tier level the Monday prior to your birthday.  MVP Members earn their choice of a Free Dessert or Free Appetizer. MVP “Gold” Members earn a Free Meal.   Please Note: Members must register their MVP card at least 90 days prior to earn this Reward.


How can I find out what my MVP Birthday Gift will be?

Your “MVP Tier” will be noted on your receipt when you visit any Duffy’s.  You can also log into your MVP account anytime to view your balance at https://www.duffysmvp.com/mvp/login/


Why don’t I receive emails from Duffy’s?

Your email provider might be mistaking our emails for spam. Check your spam folder! To ensure delivery, add [email protected] and [email protected] to your address book. Also note that our system is not designed to support duplicate email addresses. For example, a husband and wife who each have their own MVP card must also each have a unique email address to receive special offers and the proper notifications associated with that account. If more than one account lists the same email address, only the most recent account will receive email notifications.


When I redeem my rewards, will I earn points?

No. We do not issue points when rewards are redeemed. For example, if your bill is $36 and you redeem $10 in rewards, you will only earn 26 points for that visit.


I have a coupon for Duffy’s. Can I use the coupon and earn points as well?

Yes, but you will only earn points for the amount of money that you actually spend on that visit. You will not receive points for the free items you received.


Can I earn points for catered events?

Yes. The rule is that only the person paying the check may receive points on their account. A member can receive up to 5,000 points for a catered function, provided that they were a member prior to booking the event. Obviously, points will not be issued for tax, gratuity or room rental charges. Catered events are not eligible for Double Points on Tuesdays.


What do I do if I lose my card?

No problem. You can be re-issued a card at any Duffy’s location. All of your information, including all of your points and rewards, will be transferred over to the new card number.


Will I have to re-register the new card?

No, all the information from your account will transfer to the new account number, including your username and password.


What should I do if my card is cancelled due to inactivity?

Call our MVP Help Desk at 561-585-6685 ext. 2. Or email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.


Will my MVP points or rewards ever expire?

Earned points and rewards on an active MVP card will never expire. Occasionally we do offer MVP Bonus Rewards that do have an expiration date, the expiration date is always listed in the e-mail notification and on the Account Balance page of your MVP account. Any MVP Bonus Reward that does have an expiration date will be automatically used first when you choose to redeem rewards. MVP cards that have no activity for over 15 months and do not have a valid e-mail address are automatically cancelled and the points and rewards balance forfeited. To keep your card from being cancelled, make sure we have your current e-mail address.

Why does my 12 Month Prior Spending seem to fluctuate?

This adjustment happens at the same time each month and simply removes historic spending that happened more than 12 months ago. This is how we monitor your eligibility for “Gold”,” “All Star” or “Hall of Fame” status.

On Tuesdays do I receive double points on my “All Star” bonus points?

No. We issue double points on purchases only. Double points do not apply to the 25% bonus. For example, if your check subtotal is $19.99, you would receive a total of 25 points as an “All Star” member and an extra 20 points for Double Point Tuesday. this would equal a total of 45 points for that transaction.


What is the MVP “All Star” card?

The MVP “All Star” card is a premium tier of our MVP program for guests who spend $1,000 during a 12 month period. "All Stars" earn all the regular benefits of the MVP program plus a 40% Afternoon Break discount Monday – Friday between 2pm – 4pm, 1.25 points for every dollar spent, “On Deck” seating to skip the wait, and a guaranteed $25 Birthday Bonus.


How do I qualify to be an MVP “All Star”?

Registered MVP members who spend more than $1,000 during any 12 month period automatically qualify for MVP “All Star” status. Registered qualifying members who provide a valid email address and mailing address will be automatically upgraded monthly.


Will I always be an MVP “All Star”?

You will remain an “All Star” for one year after you qualify. In the event that you do not spend more than $1,000 during your 12 months as an MVP “All Star”, you will be re-issued an original MVP card with all points and rewards earned. *Please note that to re-qualify the spending minimum must be met before the 1st of your anniversary month.


How can I tell how much money I have spent towards qualifying for MVP “All Star” status?

When logged in to your account, you can view your “12 Month Prior Spending” to see how close you are to qualifying for MVP “All Star” status. You can also view this on the kiosk at any Duffy’s location.


Can I combine accounts to qualify for an MVP “All Star” card?

No. Unfortunately, we do not issue cards for joint accounts and we cannot combine multiple members into one account. Our program is designed to reward individual members for achieving certain levels.


Why didn’t I get my MVP “All Star” card?

The best way to ensure that you receive your MVP “All Star” card is to be sure that we have your current email address and mailing address. If you believe you qualify for an MVP “All Star” card but have not yet received it, please send us an email at [email protected] or call the MVP Help Desk at 561-585-6685 ext. 3. We guarantee a response by the end of the next business day.


What if I lost my MVP “All Star” card?

What is the MVP “Hall of Fame” card?

The MVP “Hall Of Fame” program is for our most elite MVP members and provides exclusive benefits. The “Hall of Fame” MVP program is for guests who spend $3,000 during a 12 month period. "Hall Of Famers" earn all the regular benefits of the MVP and All Star program plus a 50% Afternoon Break discount Monday – Friday between 2pm – 4pm, 1.5 points for every dollar spent, “On Deck” seating to skip the wait, a guaranteed $50 Birthday Bonus, the ability to make reservations for up to 6 guests on non-event nights and do not have to pay the cover charge for pay-per-view events ( “Hall Of Fame” member and 1 guest ).


On Tuesdays do I receive double points on my “Hall of Fame” bonus points?

No. We issue double points on purchases only. Double points do not apply to the 50% bonus. For example, if your check subtotal is $19.99, you would receive a total of 30 points as a “Hall of Fame” member and an extra 20 points for Double Point Tuesday. This would equal a total of 50 points for that transaction.


How do I qualify to be a “Hall of Fame” member?

Registered MVPs that spend over $3,000 during any 12 month period will be automatically upgraded monthly and sent a new MVP “Hall of Fame” card as long as we have your valid email address and mailing address.


Will I always be a “Hall of Fame” member?

You will remain a “Hall of Fame” member for one year after you qualify. In the event that you do not maintain the $3,000 spending level during your 12 months as an MVP “Hall of Fame” member, you will be re-issued an MVP “All Star” card or original MVP card, depending on your spending level. Don’t worry, all your information including your points and rewards will remain intact. *Please note that to re-qualify the spending minimum must be met before the 1st of your anniversary month.


What if I lost my MVP “Hall of Fame” card?

No problem. You can be re-issued a new card with all of your information and rewards from our corporate office. Please send us an email at [email protected] or call the MVP Help Desk at 561-585-6685 ext. 2. We guarantee a response by the end of the next business day.
